No-Show & Cancellation Policy Due to recent last-minute cancellations, I will now have to start charging cancellation fees. When appointments are canceled with short notice, it becomes very difficult to fill that spot, which affects my schedule and income. Please read the updated policy below: •Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the booked service. •No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. I understand that emergencies happen, and I will do my best to be flexible in genuine situations. However, out of respect for my time and other clients, this policy will be strictly enforced.
